Waking up to breakfast already made that taste just like dessert is now a reality with these Banana Bread Overnight Oats.

I get it, some people aren’t morning people, and some of you are way too busy to even think about breakfast in the morning. Let me take that stress away from you and introduce you to the easiest breakfast out there – overnight oats more specifically these taste-better-than-the-real-thing Banana Bread Overnight Oats.

Oats are the real o.g super food and are packed with a ton of health benefits. Filled with complex carbs -the kind that breaks down slowly and keeps you fuller for longer, fibre (helps keep you regular) and just one serving of oats is packed with 13 grams of plant protein. What I’m trying to say is you should eat more oatmeal and honestly it couldn’t be any easier or delicious with Banana Bread Overnight Oats.

Oats on there own can be quite bland and off-putting but when you add mashed banana, walnuts, cinnamon, dates and almond milk. Magic happens and you turn boring old oats into a meal everybody will be wanting some of. I can not express how good this combo is, especially because the dates go super gooey and become all caramely.

Watch the recipe for Banana Bread Overnight Oats here:

Spend 10 minutes Sunday night and make a whole batch for the week and store in airtight containers. They taste even better after sitting for a few days. Now you can stop spending your hard earned dollars on that fat and sugar filled banana bread from your local coffee shop.

I could eat oats for every meal haha. So much better when you have breakfast already made when you wake up.
