Quick and easy throw together Banana Bread Overnight Oats made with banana, oats, walnuts and dates.
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2 medjool dates, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- cinnamon
- chopped walnuts

Add all the banana bread overnight oat ingredients to a sealable jar/container. Stir everything together and place into the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to eat top with banana, cinnamon and walnuts.
