I’m not a big drinker, actually, I don’t enjoy it at all. I remember my dad threw me a massive 18th birthday and everyone brought me bottles of vodka (surely that’s what every 18 year old wants, right?) I ended up leaving my own party at 10 pm and leaving all the bottles there for everyone else to enjoy.
So you might be questioning why the hell I’m sharing a recipe for infused Apple Pie Vodka today? Wellll, be ready to be bored haha. I had an urge to get drunk (after a lot of hyping up by my other half) so I went and brought a bottle and by the time I got home I no longer wanted to drink. For the past 3 months, I’ve had a bottle of vodka rolling around my luggage, it even came with me all the way down to Tasmania and back. I thought it was about time I used it.
With the holiday season approaching, I thought this Apple Pie Vodka is perfect to make and share with all your friends and family. Forget pumpkin spice, apple pie is the real og.
This Apple Pie Vodka is so stupidly easy to make even your senile old granny could do it. All you have to do is slice some apples and lemon, place into a sterilised jar, shove some cinnamon sticks in there and pour over the vodka. Mix/shake and leave to infuse. Told you it was easy. You gotta’ start trusting me a little more.
You can use this Apple Pie Vodka at parties, family gatherings, hell you can even make it and gift it to people for a “thoughtful” (read cheap) present.
Full of all those comforting holiday flavours, serve the Apple Pie Vodka with apple juice or apple cider, soda if you’re a skinny bitch or use to make some fun and delicious cocktails. Bottoms up!

- 2 granny smith apple
- 2 pink lady apple
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups vodka
Core and slices the apples and slice the lemon. Place into a sterilised mason jar and add the cinnamon sticks and pour in the vodka. Shake/stir to mix everything and then place into the refrigerate for at least 24 hours but I highly recommend at least 48 hours to really get the flavours infused.
