I’m Tilly. I like to cook, eat, ride my bicycle and watch the sunrise with a coffee in hand. I can never decide if spring or winter is my favourite season. The earth provides us with so much beauty, I like to document my appreciation for it here.
I currently live in a small apartment in Melbourne with a tiny little garden. I have to purchase my produce from local farmer markets but one day I’ll have my own farm where I’ll wear nothing but overalls, bake all day with my many offspring, tend to the chickens and harvest vegetables.
Much like everything in life, this blog is forever evolving and changing. What I can guarantee is delicious food that will nourish your soul and body, an appreciation for where our food comes from and there will never be a recipe involving fondant.
